Submissions to SCA

The Sub-Committee of Accreditation (SCA) of the Global Alliance of NHRIs (GA-NHRI) evaluate the compliance of NHRIs globally to the Paris Principles and accredit them every five years. During the accreditation process, the SCA also considers the report submitted by civil society organisations on the performance and state of NHRIs. Since 2011, AiNNI has submitted reports to the SCA on the performance of the National Human Rights Commission of India.
